NextLevelize is a beta service provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may be incomplete, changed, suspended, or removed. Availability, accuracy, compatibility, and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered, access granted to your users, compliance with laws applicable to your business, and maintaining independent copies of critical business records. Backups and recovery processes may be provided, but successful backup or restoration is not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextLevelize disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, loss or corruption of data, business interruption, or third-party service failures. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Third-party services may be required for certain functions and remain subject to their own availability, pricing, policies, and terms. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it unlawfully.
