The NextLevelize Message Centre is designed to provide a familiar,
conversation-based experience for communicating with clients, leads, and

Authorized users can review conversations from the central Message Centre,
while each client record presents a filtered view of communications involving

Communicate through NextLevelize without exposing your existing inbox
Each company can receive a dedicated NextLevelize communications address using its
company name, such as
abc-plumbing@messages.nextlevelize.com.
Companies with their own domain can advertise a familiar address such as
service@abc-plumbing.com and route those messages into
NextLevelize. Client replies can then remain connected to the appropriate
conversation without giving NextLevelize blanket access to the company’s Gmail,
Outlook, or other business mailbox.

email addresses, properties, postal codes, company information, and other matching
data.
Possible matches are presented for review instead of being automatically merged.
This helps identify spouses, household members, related companies, duplicate
contacts, previous property owners, recycled phone numbers, and coincidental
similarities without incorrectly declaring that two records represent the same
person.
Validated property and service addresses
Address validation helps standardize property and service-location information.
Authorized users can approve legitimate addresses that cannot be validated,
while preserving the reason, validation status, and complete audit history.
Identity and access management
One secure login across every company account
Each email address represents one NextLevelize identity. That identity can own
multiple company accounts, manage another company, or work as a user in additional
accounts without maintaining separate passwords and duplicate profiles.
Account Owners
Each company has one account owner with full account authority, ownership
transfer controls, manager administration, and account-level configuration.
Managers
Account owners can appoint multiple managers and control which management
functions each manager may perform.
Groups and Permissions
Permissions are assigned through user groups and enforced by the application
and API. Access can also be limited by feature, location, class, record scope,
account status, and licence entitlement.
Two-Factor Authentication
Registration, login, password recovery, and sensitive profile changes are
protected with two-factor authentication and detailed audit records.

Companies can disable SMS, use a future NextLevelize-managed service, or
configure a supported self-managed provider using their own credentials.

Centralized address validation supports consistent property records,
possible-match detection, and future routing and scheduling functionality.

workflows must remain usable at 320 CSS pixels without pinch zooming, desktop mode,
horizontal page scrolling, hover controls, or landscape orientation.
Field users will be able to access the information and controls they need from
phones, tablets, and desktop computers using layouts designed for each screen size.
